I am a master-certified life coach trained by an ICF-certified organization. My goal is to help you achieve your desired life and the goals you have always dreamed of with a four-step approach: awareness, action, resilience, and consistency. I believe in creating a well-rounded life for my clients, making my approach holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

About your Coach
My name is Sam Scudder, and I am your future life coach! Helping others reach their goal has always been a passion of mine. I believe everyone comes across mental roadblocks and barriers that keep them from the life they want, and many times, the problem is just taking the first step. I was born and raised in sunny Southern California. I later ventured to University of Oregon to get my degree in Journalism. I have always loved hearing people's life stories, so when I made the career change, I felt right at home.
